Home: Welcome

Hi! I'm Chelsea.

My passion for my practice is fueled by my continual amazement of the human body and its ability to self heal. I utilize manual techniques to help release holding patterns and rehydrate fascia so that proper posture and movement can be more easily attained, resulting in a decrease of pain. I aim to create space for people to feel a sense of safety and understanding of their somatic body. My massage style is deep and effective, while still focusing on relaxation in order to truly facilitate healing. The intent is for you to feel more connected to your body and better able to recognize the structural patterns that inhibit you from feeling your best.

I have been practicing massage full time since receiving my certificate from Saint Paul College in 2015. I have also attended courses including DONA doula training, myoskeletal alignment techniques, corrective exercise, and trauma informed somatics.  I specialize in swedish, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, and prenatal work. I am currently pursuing my bachelors in Sports and Exercise Science at UW-River falls  in hopes of one day going to chiropractic school.

A little more about me...

I cannot lie, I'm kind of an anatomy and somatics nerd who loves working out and being active. When I'm not at work I enjoy hiking, traveling, dancing and running. You can also catch me singing karaoke pretty often or trying to learn to play the guitar. I served as an air traffic controller in the national guard for nine years. As an extroverted gemini, I love being able to create meaningful connections with people in my practice through movement, energy fields, and of course a bit of laughter :)
